Megafon to expand network in Krasnodar, Adygeya

Russian mobile operator Megafon plans to deploy new base stations in small agglomerations in the Krasnodar region and Adygeya republic this year. The project will be focused on agglomerations of less than 5,000 residents. GSM and 3G base stations will be built in eight agglomerations there.

The operator constructed base stations in the towns and villages of Neftegorsk, Psebay and Ivanovskaya in 2014, and raised connection quality in 10 other small agglomerations.
