Zaur Likhov was appointed the Minister of Finance of Kabardino-Balkaria on the decree of the head of the republic, Yuri Kokov.
The former head of the department, Murat Kerefov, left for the Republican MFTS in May 2014. He was replaced by Irina Mishkova, who previously served as deputy head of the department, Yuga.ru reports.
