The law enforcers have offered a man blocked in the house to lay down his arms and surrender; however, he opened fire. According to the preliminary information, the suspected member of an illegal armed grouping (IAF) was killed, the "Russia 24" TV Channel reports with reference to a source from the law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria.
Besides, the source has also reported that tenants of nearby houses were evacuated.
