"Green" Party complains about pressure of law enforcers in Adygeya

Members of a regional branch of the "Green" Party have been questioned by staff members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Adygea. This was reported by Valery Brinikh, the chairman of the Adyg branch of the "Green" Party. He has associated the questioning with the law enforcers' plans to close the regional branch of the "Green" Party in Adygea.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in September, the regional branch of the "Green" Party in Adygea claimed mass violations registered in the course of the elections to the State Duma and the regional parliament of Adygea, including "roundabouts" and attempts of ballot box stuffing. Prior to the voting, the "Green" Party claimed discrimination of the Adyg language in the republic.
According to ecologist Valery Brinikh, a member of the regional branch of the "Green" Party, members of the "Green" Party were questioned "by an order of the regional FSB department."
"In the course of the questioning, the members of our Party were asked about organization and activities of the regional branch of the party," said Sergey Kobalev, a member of the "Green" Party.
According to Bislan Sheudjen, another member of the "Green" Party, the questions "concerned the first meeting on resumption of activities of the 'Green' Party in the republic."
