Zalim-Geri Gubashev, an ex-deputy head of the Kabardino-Balkarian State Committee for Energy and Tariffs, has become the new minister for industry and trade of the republic, Yuga.ru reports.
Zaur Likhov, an ex-head of the Rosselkhozbank branch in Kabardino-Balkaria, has become the minister for finances.
The two appointments have concluded the formation of the new Kabardino-Balkarian Cabinet that had started in October 2014, after inauguration of Yuri Kokov as the republic’s leader.
