Today, an explosion device has gone off in Guliev Street in Nalchik, the capital of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR); there is no information about victims.
According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred at about 6:00 p.m. in the car park at No. 12 Guliev Street. "None of passers-by was hurt by the explosion," said a KBR's law enforcement source.
The bomb was planted amidst passenger cars, writes the online edition named "Civil Protection".
