Kabardino-Balkaria has decided to modernize transport infrastructure in the Elbrussky District for the upcoming tourist season, announced Arsen Kudayev, the head of the regional State Committee for Transportation and Communication, Interfax reports.
The bus terminal of Tyrnyauz is the priority for the modernization process.
