Head of Karachaevo-Circassia Rashid Temrezov signed a decree, which has appointed Madina Gogova as Minister of Culture of the Republic of Karachaevo-Circassia, -reported the press service of the Head and the Government of Karachaevo-Circassia.
Rashid Temrezov congratulated the new Minister and pointed out a range of priority tasks that it needs to do in her new position. First of all - is the realization of "May" Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, improving the availability and quality of services for citizens, as well as familiarizing the younger generation to culture and art.
Madina Gogova was born on April 30, 1986 in the city of Karachaevsk in Karachaevo-Circassia.
In 2009 she graduated the faculty of "International Economic Relations" in MGIMO University. Her Second higher education was in Moscow State University in the Faculty of Arts.
From 2011 to 2012 Gogova worked in the Federal Service for Defense Contracts (Rosoboronzakaz) under the Ministry of Defense of Russia. From 2013 worked in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
