MTS expands network in Adygeya republic mountains


Russian mobile operator MTS has deployed additional equipment in mountainous areas of Adygeya republic, reports Cnews.ru. 

The solar energy-powered 3G base station using equipment from Waterhunters Group was deployed near the village of Guzerpil, tripling the capacity of the mobile internet network there.

 In addition, an active repeater was built in the Lago-Naki plain at an altitude of 1,600 metres above sea level.
