A set of documents for the issuance of 20 housing certificates to be granted to the victims of flooding in Adygea in 2014 are waiting for the approval of the federal ministries. This was reported by the Committee of the Republic of Adygea for Civil Defence and Emergencies. Residents of the republic, who lived in the houses affected by the flooding, but were not registered at the place of their residences, have to prove their rights to obtain certificates through the courts.
In total, the republic has allocated 69 housing certificates, and as of November 17, one certificate is not granted. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot"correspondent by Yuri Blyagoz, Chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Adygea for Civil Defence and Emergencies.
According to his story, the basic condition for obtaining a housing certificate is the fact of registration at an affected house and permanent residence in it.
Zureta Lotakova, the head of the department for prevention and elimination of emergencies and fire safety, has reported that the major part of housing certificates was allocated to residents of the Koshekhabl District, which was severely affected by the rainfall.
According to Zureta Lotakova, the amount of housing certificate depends on the area of the affected property.
Let us remind you that in September, residents of the villages of the Koshekhabl District affected by the flooding complained about unfair, according to them, estimation of the damage inflicted. The administration has announced that the residents' claims are unfounded.
