Russian operator Rostelecom said it connected the multifunctions centre for municipal services in Kabardino-Balkaria to its fibre network.
A total 113 offices providing the local services were connected to a single corporate network with broadband speeds up to 20 Mbps.
Rostelecom also delivered software for the development of automated systems at the MFC.
