This is the first historical-ethnographic museum of culture and life of Circassians (adygheans) in Tuapse district. The exposition has dozens of exhibits from different years ... 

The idea of ​​creating an ethnographic museum originated from a resident of the village Agui-Shapsug, chairman of the regional public organization "Center of National Culture" of the Black Sea Circassians (shapsugs) Shhalahova Madina. Her dream nurtured for several years and has carried out this year. The exposition of the new museum has dozens of exhibits from different years, telling about the history and life of Circassians in shapsugia of Circassia. For example, in the museum restored ancient Circassian hearth, exposed vintage utensils, traditional musical instruments, national holidays and casual clothing, implements of agriculture and animal husbandry, gold embroidery, books and more. 

- This small museum reflects the history of the country. This is a small window into the world of Circassians, historical past, cultural tradition, which is incorporated in the Adyghe people - said at the opening ceremony, Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences Elena Malyshev.
