"EcoWatch" reports on soonest CER for Evgeny Vitishko

Ecologist Evgeny Vitishko is to leave the penal colony in 10 days, since the Kirsanov District Court of the Tambov Region is preparing to pronounce the decision on his conditional early relief (CER). This was reported by the "Ecological Watch for Northern Caucasus" (EcoWatch).
Evgeny Vitishko, an activist of the "Ecological Watch on for Northern Caucasus" (EcoWatch), is serving his sentence under the case of damaging, in 2011, the fence around the territory, known as the "dacha" of Alexander Tkachov, who was then the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory. In December 2013, the Court replaced the Evgeny Vitishko's conditional sentence with the real imprisonment term, and the ecologist was transferred to the Tambov Region.
"Evgeny is likely to go home in 10 days. And on November 16, the Kirsanov Court is to hold a hearing concerning the CER for the ecologist," states the report of the "EcoWatch" posted on its page in Twitter at 3:34 p.m. Moscow time.
At 2:44 p.m. Moscow time, the information was also shared in Facebook by Andrei Rogozhin.
"I've just got to learn the news: the Kirsanov District Court has agreed to commute the sentence of Evgeny Vitishko, and in 10 days, he will be released," Andrei Rogozhin has written.
Earlier, the Kirsanov District Court has repeatedly dismissed the motions on CER for Evgeny Vitishko and on commutation of the ecologist's sentence. In October, the Tambov Regional Court has cancelled the decision of the court of first instance to refuse amnesty to Evgeny Vitishko.
