Russian national operator Rostelecom has expanded the coverage of its fibre network in Adygeya republic. The operator covered 54 apartment buildings with ETTH in the city of Maykop since the beginning of the year.
Over 90 apartment buildings, including around 8,000 households, were connected to the network in the republic last year. The operator's broadband subscriber base currently totals over 28,000 in Adygeya. Rostelecom plans to deploy 100 km of fibre to 17 agglomerations in the republic this year.
