President of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria Yuri Kokov convened the government an emergency meeting to address the damage caused by rain and hail storms last night in three areas in the Republic. Kokov instructed the ministers and heads of regions to work around the clock to bring life back to its normal course in the three affected areas.
According to reports today were no casualties among the residents but the rain and hail caused damage to hundreds of houses, damaged thousands of acres of crops and thousands of residents were left without electricity.
