The President of the Republic of Adygeya Aslan Tkhakushinov met with the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Tkhakosinov told Putin about the successes of Adygeya during his tenure. He said that the budget of Adygeya has increased by 300 percent. In 2007, the budget of Adygeya was subsidized in 61 percent but today the subsidy from the Federation is only 39 percent. Tkhakosinov said that Adygeya has absorbed about 3,000 refugees from the Ukraine, as well as hundreds of refugees from Syria.
Circassian activists from Maykop wrote on the Facebook that what Tkhakosinov said is inaccurate and there was not successes of the government of Adygeya.
