The Government of Israel allocated 200 million shekels for the development of the Circassian and Druze communities


On Sunday, December 29, the Government of Israel approved a plan for the development and strengthening of the Druze and Circassian communities in 2020, 200 million shekels (57 million 695,800 US dollars) were allocated for these purposes. .

After voting on this issue, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Regional Development Tsahi Anegbi met with representatives of the Druze and Circassians, informing them of the decision made, as well as the details of the approved plan.

In October this year, it was reported that 185 million (shekels) from the budget of the Ministry of Education will go to finance the education system for children with special needs, to strengthen the education system in Bedouin, Druze and Circassian settlements, etc. The funds allocated on December 29 are not related to this part of the financing.
