According to the press service of the head of Kabardino-Balkaria, the Governor of Saint Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko has recommended visiting the resorts of Elbrus.
The republic of Kabardino-Balkaria was officially visited by a delegation from the northern capital of Russia. The head of the republic, Yury Kokov, was accompanied today by Georgi Poltavchenko during an inspection of a ski resort.
‘‘We arrived here to see all the beauty of this place, as well as to understand the current condition of the infrastructure. A lot of work is being done now. But many things remain to be done,’’ Georgy Poltavchenko said.
At the end of the trip the authorities of the two regions signed an agreement, according to which residents of St. Petersburg will be able to take spa treatments in Kabardino-Balkaria, RIA Novosti reports.
