Russian athlete from Kabardino-Balkaria Roman Bekulov has won bronze at the European Judo Cup which is taking place in the Swiss city of Uster-Zurich.
It is known that Bekulov won’t participate in the semi-finals in the weight category up to 66 kg, as he lost a fight against Alvaro Rios Salaam from Spain.
However, the Russian judoka confidently held a series of repechage fights and won bronze of the tournament, Caucasus today reports.
Recall that 254 sportsmen from 25 countries of the world participated at the European Cup in Switzerland.
